Angel Reese is easily one of the most famous female basketball players in the entire country.

Fame is not for the weak because although it can bring you a lot of money, it strips you from being able to move around like a normal person.

The Chicago Sky superstar is feeling the effects of fame after she told viewers on a platform that she tries to avoid gas stations because strangers constantly approach her to compliment her or to ask for pictures.

It might seem like nothing, but you can never know the intent of every individual that approaches you.

Reese is coming off a spectacular rookie campaign.

During her debut WNBA season with Chicago Sky, Reese became the first rookie with an All-Star Game double-double.

Angel Reese also was the first WNBA player to record back-to-back games of 20 or more rebounds.

Her contract with the Sky might be worth $324,383, but according to Spotrac, she has endorsement deals with brands including Beats by Dre, Tampax, Airbnb, Amazon, Playstation, Bose, Raising Cane’s, Sonic, and Mielle Organics, worth an estimated total of $1.8 million.

Angel Reese Deletes Her Instagram Over Severe Backlash From Social Media

Angel Reese cannot do anything without being attacked online.

The Chicago Sky star deleted her Instagram account after she posted a snap of her New Year’s Eve outfit.

Her apparent decision to remove her account comes days after she shared her New Year’s Eve outfit that featured her in a brown spaghetti-strapped dress with a large cut-out design on the front and a slit on the side.

She would pair her look with a black purse, white and gold bracelets, and gold earrings.

Once her video went to X, formerly Twitter, some critics suggested her look was too revealing.
