Shedeur Sanders catches heat from Browns fans after a bad throw as Cleveland QB battle intensifies

Since birth, Shedeur Sanders has lived under the spotlight for being the son of NFL Hall of Famer and legend Deion Sanders – always making headlines in newspapers, and more recently when he led the Colorado Buffaloes offense in the NCAA.

Shedeur Sanders threw 37 touchdown passes in his last college game and was expected to be chosen in the first round of the recent Draft, but that didn’t happen. He ended up sliding to the fifth round and has since endured a tough situation, currently being the fourth option on the team.

The door to the Indianapolis Colts is starting to open for Shedeur Sanders

There’s no doubt that Shedeur Sanders is looking for options. His situation with the Cleveland Browns is complicated, although if he plays well against the Panthers, Cleveland will not let him leave. Still, he has no choice – he must shine and earn the NFL’s respect.

The connection between Shedeur Sanders and the Indianapolis Colts has begun to grow stronger after, in the preseason game against the Baltimore Ravens, quarterback Anthony Richardson suffered an injury to his throwing hand – specifically to his right pinky finger – after being sacked by David Ojabo.

Richardson’s finger bent awk ardly and he left the game. Daniel Jones then came in and is expected to be the team’s starter. The prognosis for the Florida product’s recovery is day-to-day, but given his extensive injury history, the possibility that the Colts might look to trade for Sanders is significant.
